The rescuer can choose to give availability according to time, area and group.

What will change in your app?
If you do not update the app
In case you have the module activated, in the last version of Momentum, in the 'Settings' menu you had a section 'Groups and areas' and the 'Time frame' section.
If you update the app
Now you will have the 'Availabilities' menu in the 'Settings' menu ('Availabilities' takes the place of 'Time frame').

Mobile app

Log in and click on the user icon at the top left of the home page.

Now you will have the 'Availabilities' menu in the 'Settings' menu ('Availabilities' takes the place of 'Time frame') and 'Groups and areas' will be only within the 'Availabilities', so that they are managed in one place and simplified for you.

The new Availabilities section shows an 'How to use' card that gives you some useful information related this functionality, so you can know how to use the feature. You can close this card tapping on the "X" button.

To add a new availability, you first have to select the desired group, then the areas and finally the time-slot desired. All this information will be saved in a single Availability card.

In the "Group" selection component, now you can select one or more groups: an icon will show the groups selected.
if you want to be alerted also for another group, you will have to create another availability.

When you configure the time slot section, a default set of the availabilities days and time is already configured, with the "All Day" option enabled by default.

In the Availability section, when you have already configured at least one availability, you can delete it simply entering in the edit of this availability and pressing the "Delete" button at the bottom left of the availability detail (with a red text and icon).
Use case
Hans is a first responder who lives in Solothurn and works in Basel. He organises his availability according to his movements during the day.
01.
He works in Basel from Monday to Friday and has selected his availability from 9 am to 6 pm.
02.
He is in Solothurn at the weekend and has selected his availability for two whole days
Desktop App
01.
As an Admin, you can view a list of all users' availability on the web app by clicking on the 'Availabilities' menu.
02.
This will allow you to check and understand who is available, when, and how.
