Momentum PRO supports the following channels: SMS ( priority and non-priority), voice call ( priority and non-priority-via landline or Voice over IP), e-mail, push, App, others on request

Different service providers for each channel
Momentum PRO supports different service providers for each channel. Push (critical) notifications can bypass Do Not Disturb and silent mode of the phone. Sounds and tone length can be configured by CMS and by notification type (mission creation, update, cancellation, etc.). The user receiving the push notification can confirm its availability.

Alarm SMS and prioritised alarm calls
Momentum's PRO policy on dispatching on the different channels is to rely on differentiated providers in order to be able to offer scalable solutions. Most providers offer a priority service e.g. eCall guarantees the dispatch of 4,000 priority messages within 2'20". Using a plugin structure, however, it is possible to integrate different providers in a short time.
